History

The Beginning

Near the turn of the century, I began to get my feet wet in the web business.  Over time my experience grew, along with my client base.  

I started designing in Frontpage, one of the first website editing software's available to the public at that time, going between several free hosting providers and doman providers for several years.  It was my goal at that time to learn the web without spending a single cent; this goal I succeeded in.  

During this time I had done web development for recreational purposes, creating a simple gaming website and forum.  Eventually though, my skills came to the attention of a local business owner in the Cleveland/Medina area who was to become my first client.  

In order to provide the best service I could, I created a simple CMS (or COntent Management System) in order for him to be able to update his own website.  Unfortunately, the intricacies and problems involved in this had not yet been discovered by most of the computing world, myself included.

Liquid-X Design

Over time, my client turned into clients, and it was time to get a name; Liquid-X Design was a cool name, that was not yet taken.  The name was registered, the domain taken (my first purchase in the web world ever).  

My clients began to grow, and it was time to make an upgrade to the CMS.  Version number 2.0 arrived of the Liquid-X Design CMS, with its centralized code base, it made it easy to update, upgrade, maintain, and resell, saving our clients significant amounts of money.

As this new version began to grow, and out client base began to grow, user friendliness became the new favoriate word.  Countless hours were spent on this very topic, numerous client interviews, and research was put into it.  

As this research was happening, it was discovered that the tern "Liquid-X" did not reflect the very purpose and nature of this company.  Much research and time went into finding this new name, until "Addo Solutions" happily became our new, more fitting, company name (click to learn more about this new name).

Addo Solutions: Inspiration

We began to review and re-design this version until we finally decided it was time for a final change.  More time and research was put into deciding on a solid framework on which to base our new code on.  We eventually decided on a hybrid of different code elements, we proudly call Addo Aptus.  

With the new code base in place, and our greater understanding of what our users truly want, we began our final re-write of the Addo Solutions CMS; your dashboard for your website.  

Today

We have completed our new system, although it is always changing to meet the needs of our clients, and to improve their experience within.  Our version three of the Add Solutions CMS is by far the most user-friendly, and flexible system on the market today.  

We have taken everything complicated out of the web and made it as simple and straightforward as possible.  But don't take our word for it, we have testimonials of every one of our clients; every one blown away by the simplicity and ease-of-use of our new system.
